32 Prospect St. Neighborhood Meeting, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Community members get their first look at a proposal for a Life Alive Organic Café to open near the Union Square MBTA green line station. The new retail site is in a plaza between 20 Prospect St., a mid-rise residential tower, and 50 Prospect St., a 25-story tower. As the first phase of the mixed-use development being built by USQ, the towers contain 450 apartments that are nearly complete and currently for lease. City councilor Ben Ewen-Campen and Life Alive Organic Cafe host Daniel Brennan present the plans and hear public comment as the first step of the required special permit review. Watchable by Zoom videoconferencing.

Office hours are first-come, first-served, and preregistration is required.
