State Rep. Dave Rogers, a Democrat in the 24th Middlesex District made up of two precincts of Cambridge, five precincts of Arlington and all of Belmont, plans four office hours in March, including one in Cambridge from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. March 10 at Fiorella’s Express, 2401 Mass Ave., North Cambridge.
There will be office hours in Belmont on March 14 and March 24; and in Arlington on March 21.
