State Rep. Jon Hecht, a Democrat in the 29th Middlesex District made up of parts of Cambridge and Watertown, plans two open office hours in Cambridge this month and March: from 5 to 6 p.m. Feb. 24 at Sarah’s Market and Café, 200 Concord Ave., Huron Village, and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. March 3 at Verna’s Coffee & Donut Shop, 2344 Massachusetts Ave., North Cambridge.
