A city “Keep it Local” Job Fair is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Cambridge Public Library’s Central Square Branch, 45 Pearl St. to provide a chance for participants to meet with local employers including: the City of Cambridge, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mount Auburn Hospital, Museum of Science, Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, Whole Foods Market, Citizens Bank, Brothers Marketplace (a Roche Bros. grocery store coming to Kendall Square), Hire Partnership, Till Inc., Peabody Properties and the City of Somerville.

Those who plan to attend should research companies and job opportunities before the fair.
