CHECKS, STOCK TRANSFERS, DAFS, QCDS, AND OTHER GIFTS
These are facilitated by Cambridge Community Foundation (CCF). Kindly email gifts@cambridgenews.org to let us know you have asked your financial institution to make a gift. We will ensure it is handled quickly and correctly.
Make the payee Cambridge Community Foundation, 99 Bishop Allen Drive, Cambridge, MA 02139. Its EIN # is 992187502. Please specify that your donation is for “The Local News Fund” (on a check, note Local News Fund on the memo line; on other payments, please designate this clearly) and include your name.
For DAFs, many financial institutions already have the correct info on CCF. Please ask them to verify that the donation information listed here is current in their system.
For securities transfers, CCF works with the Cambridge Trust Company who will need security name, number of shares, and where shares will come from with DTC number prior to making the gift. Laura C. We request that your gift not be anonymous. However, if you do not want your name or gift listed publicly, email us at gifts@cambridgenews.org.
