Together festival launches Monday from base in Central Square

A local weeklong celebration of music and technology, Together, launches Monday with the discussion: “Why Cambridge/Boston Is Not Austin.” That’s not to say there isn’t a stunning array of kick-ass, big-name electronic music in store throughout Cambridge and across the river.

Winter killed off plenty of comedy, but spring reveals some budding: March 28 sees the return of “Upstairs at Rodney’s,” now somewhere that’s not upstairs, and April 6 sees the “Yoga Cult” show returning as “Black Box Comedy” also in a new location.
